 @EASE Pledge Management Seminar   

Course Description: This course covers pledge management from setting up your pledge campaigns through monthly processing and bank exports. We will show you reports and specific label selections to help you maintain your pledges and ensure that no valued gifts slip through the cracks.
Course Objectives:
Give the participant a complete overview of the pledge system.

Course Outline:

  1. Creating Lookup table entries to help build the right environment.
  2. How to set up a pledge campaign masters and differentiate between on-going and fixed length gifts through your software.
  3. Examine the Pledge Master input window and all its fields; how to add new pledges and run Pledge Batch Reports to ensure correctness.
  4. Editing an existing pledge and terminate active pledges.
  5. Monthly processing for cheques, direct debit and credit card transactions.
  6. Handling transactions that are not processed due to errors, campaign write-offs, or bank declines requiring a retry, bank declines with no retry.
  7.  Posting pledges
  8. Creating pledge details for a new year for on-going transactions.
  9. Yearly receipting for donors that give monthly.           
  10. Suggestions on how to handle pledges from a management perspective.

@EASE Setting up a Capital or Annual Campaign  

Course Description:  How you set up a campaign in an y software program can directly determine how effectively you can report back your results.  This seminar is designed to show you how you can set up a campaign, from naming conventions through reporting using @EASE.
Course Objectives: Give the participant the necessary knowledge to make the right decisions when setting up a capital or an annual campaign.

Course Outline: 

  1. Determining the elements of your campaign and setting up the necessary Lookup Table values for campaign codes, campaign types, fund breakouts and teams.
  2. Setting up your teams.
  3. Setting up private and corporate information for team members for Campaign Reports and Label Selections.
  4. Reporting considerations using Members with Donation Amounts.
  5. Using Receipts to set up pledge expectations by team member.
  6. Reporting team member successes.
  7. Recording gifts that are one-time donations, gifts in kind and pledges.
  8. Campaign and pledge status reporting for accurate results.

@EASE Special Events Seminar 

Course Description: Setting up a special event can have its challenges.  Learn how to use @EASE to run special events like Galas, Silent Auctions and Golf Tournaments.  This course examines all the elements that make up a special event activity, how to set up campaigns and record participant activity.  This seminar is designed to show you how you can set up a campaign from naming conventions through to reporting using @EASE.
Course Objectives: Course participants will learn how to define a special event as a campaign and into specific campaign elements with unique default criteria.  Planning tools will be introduced along with the use of the EaseKMS for document management.  An event case study will show clients how to record and manage event information.

Course Outline:

  4. Learn how to record auction donations so your can create all your bid sheets.
  5. Recording sales, participants with table requests and sponsors.
  6. Setting up expenses for accurate reporting and building a historical base for future committees.
  7. Reports and Q-Xpress selections for customized lists for event reception.
  8. Effective use of your Ease Knowledge Management System tools.

@EASE Volunteer Management

Course Description: This course covers volunteer management from setting up the Volunteer Lookup Tables through developing a volunteer event schedule, reports, and accessing an export list for those important Thank You letters.  We will show you how to make your Volunteer Recognition easy to do.

  1. We will study how to set up Volunteer Interests and Accreditations and the Volunteer Summary.
  2. The addition of a Volunteer Region and Volunteer Active helps keep area specific volunteers separated.
  3. Lookup Table entries will be reviewed as they relate to your Volunteer Acquisition forms.
  4. Learn how to set up a special event or general volunteer help in the Lookup Tables.
  5. Build a job schedule and schedule volunteers for specific activities at specific times.
  6. Reporting will be examined and Q-Xpress Selections relative to contacting your volunteers.
  7. Learn how to do Volunteer Recognition with @EASE and how to send important Thank You messages easily.
